  A special long flexible knife for filleting your fish!  This knife is made of high quality Swedish Sandvik cold-rolled stainless steel (12c27) & is hardened to Rc 57-58, with a nice polished finish. It is a great & excellent sharp knife with a high resistance to corrosion. The grip is very secure & comfortable, it is excellent when filleting fish in wet & moist environments! Comes with an easy clean plastic sheath with a belt loop.
