  A special carving knife with a razor-sharp edge. This knife is great for general carving, chip carving, whittling, & other specialty wood carving uses. The blade itself is 1-1/2" long & has a slight curve & bevel to it; a very special multi-purpose knife, & an excellent tool for wood carving. Made in the USA.

     The initial bevel of 10 to 12 degrees is exceptionally fine, the very edge is given a micro bevel. This not only allows the knife to slice through the wood with incredible ease, but also makes for quick sharpening because it is only the micro bevel that is honed.
