   A specialty Opinel stainless steel oyster knife! The stainless steel blade on this knife is very versatile & great for shucking oysters! The blade locks in place with a simple turn of the stainless collar; it also locks into the handle for safety as well. The Padauk handle also helps resist moisture in a marine environment.
